"Site works, but the next steps are confusing"
The site does work, but it feels a bit clunky to use. I kept getting through parts of the process and then wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do next. A little more guidance or clearer instructions would make the whole thing a lot less frustrating...

"Really Good Value, Really Good"
For the price, I felt like this was totally worth it. It’s a good deal, a really good deal, and I don’t have any complaints.

"My usual size, apparently in another universe"
I ordered my normal size, which was apparently a bold and reckless choice, because this fit way too small. The sleeves felt odd, the waist sat weird, and the sizing chart was basically there for decoration. not worth the hassle for me...

"Lost trust after a frustrating return"
I tried to exchange an order from traciloren.com and it turned into way more stress than it should’ve been. The replies were slow, and the return instructions were confusing. After dealing with all that, I just don’t really trust them anymore. I won’t be ordering from them again.

"Not my kind of quality"
I’ll admit I’m a bit picky when it comes to fabric, but this really didn’t feel good to me. The material felt cheap right away, and the stitching started coming apart way faster than I expected. Definitely not something I’d buy again

"Customer service took forever"
I had a really hard time getting any actual help. Customer service was slow, and when someone finally replied, it felt like I was just getting one of those canned apologies instead of a real answer. I get that things get busy, but it was frustrating

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from traciloren.com and the shipping ended up taking way longer than I expected. I barely got any updates, so I was just left wondering what was going on. When I reached out to support, it felt like they were kind of blaming me instead of helping. The whole thing dragged on way too long, and I’m disappointed.
